Hari Meat Masala – मीट मसाला

Direction: Take Cleaned mutton 500g and make the paste of Ginger & Garlic. Then add 4 Spoonful of smooth curd and little salt. Put mutton in mixture for 2 hours to marinate. Now saute 2 cut Onion in 4 spoonful hot ghee or oil onions becomes reddish. Add 3 spoon ‘Hari’ Meat Masala with marinated meat, add 2 cup water and cook in pressure cooker. Tasty Mutton is ready.
