Hari Shahi Paneer Masala – शाही पनीर मसाला

Recipe: Cut 300g Paneer into Triangular shape pieces.Make separate paste of 75g Onions and 150g Toamtoes.Also make paste of 6 pleces of Cashew Nuts With little Water.Fry Onions in 70g Ghee/Oil in a pan Add Tomato puree and fry. Add 15-20g ‘Hari’ Shahi Paneer Masala Salt and Cashew Nuts paste. little water and simmer for some time add pieces of paneer and cook it for 5 minutes.Serve with Puri/Parathas.
