Hari Biryani Masala – बिरयानी मसाला

Recipe: First of all boll basmati rice. Make paste of Onion, Garlic & Ginger and fry it in oil in separate pan, add Tomato Puree, Chilli and Turmeric Powder and fry it till it becomes brown. Add little Curd and ‘Hari’ Biryani Masala, add bolled vegetables such as Green Pea, Cauliflower, Carrot, Beans, Soya Nuggets, Paneer and Salt as per your taste and further cook . Now coat oil in separate bowl, add a layer of half of pre-boiled rice, add layer of vegetables, again add a layer of remaining rice. Apply little milk and ghee and let cook in low flame for 15 minutes. Serve hot with Biryani.
