Hari Sabji masala – सब्जी मसाला

Direction:Mix well ‘Hari’ Sabzi Masala in Water to form thick paste. Pour Some ghee or edible oil in a pan and put it on fire. Add little asafetida (Heen) and the masala paste, cook it till its colour changes to red. There after add pieces of boiled or fried Potatoes, Jack Fruits Cauliflower, Peas or other vegetable of your choice. Mix paste becomes thick and put off the pan from fire.
