Hari Damaaloo masala – दम आलू मसाला

Direction: Place a fry pan on fire and pour ghee, and Asafoetida (Heeng) and Cumin Seeds (Jeera). When Cumin Seeds Changes reddish, and boiled potato pieces and mix well. Futher add so much of water that the potatoes dip into it. Add salt and keep bolling and mixing till gravy becomes thick. Put off the pan from fire, add ‘Hari’ Dam Aloo Masala & mix well. For the better taste and Green Coriander leaves. It is now ready to eat.

Requirment: Ghee 20g, Asafoetida 2g, Cumin Seeds 5g, Boiled Potato pieces 1kg ‘Hari’ Dam Aloo Masala 70g, Salt as per taste, Green Coriander Leaves. (‘Hari’ Dam Aloo Masala can also be used in other vegetables preparation)
