Hari Samosa Masala – समोसा मसाला

Direction :Mash boiled potatoes. Place a fry pan on the, pour Ghee and add Asafoetida (Heeng), Cumin Seed (Jeera). When Cumin Seeds Changes reddish add mashed potatoes and fry for 15-20 minutes. Now add ‘Hari’ Samosa Masala and mix well. To make something special you may add pieces of cashew Nuts, Raisin ( kismish), Green Chilli and Ginger. Now take all purpose Flour (Maida) and prepare normal dough by adding Ghee (as moin) and water. Take small piece, roll and cut seal it. Put fry pan on fire,pour ghee and deep fry samosas on medium flame till they become light brown. Tasty samosas are ready to serve.
