Hari Chicken Masala – चिकन मसाला

Recipe: Marinate Chicken pieces with paste of Ginger, Garlic, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt mixed in curd and leave it for a while. Take for teaspoonful of oil in a kadhai and heat it. Add chopped pieces of onion and stir it till it becomes brown. Add Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder and ‘Hari’ Chicken Masala and stir it. Now add marinated chicken pieces and let it cook and serve hot.
