Hari Chhola Masala – छोला मसाला

Direction: Swell Chhola /Chana in water for overnight. Clean it and take 4-5 whistles. Drain out extra water.Put cooker on gas pour some Ghee/Oil in it. Add the paste of Onion, Ginger,Tomatoes and Green Chillies and cook for 5 minutes. When it star releasing oil from the paste and Chhola/ Chana and ‘Hari’ Chhola Masala in it. Add some water, salt as per your taste and cook it for some time. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves. Now your Chhola/ Chana is ready.
