Hari Pav Bhaji Masala – पाव भाजी मसाला

Recipe: First boil Potatoes, Carrot and Cauliflower and mash it. Now heat 2 spoon butter in a pan and fine chopped onion and sauté it till it becomes brownish in color. After that add Tomato puree Capsicum and let it cook property. Now add pre boiled mashed vegetables, ‘Hari’ Pav bhaji Masala butter (as desired) and salt as per taste and let it cook. Keep mashing while it cooks. Finally add butter, chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with toasted pav with butter.
